This property was a reminder that some cleanouts don’t reveal their full scope all at once. As debris was removed, more continued to surface—turning what appeared to be a standard cleanup into a multi-day project. Load after load, our team stayed the course, clearing the property completely and preparing it for the next phase. Sometimes the debris really does come in layers.​
Evicting the Goat Condo
This property had several large, makeshift animal structures that were unstable and no longer safe. To reduce risk and ensure the property was safe for showings and future work, the investor requested their removal. Our team dismantled and cleared the structures, restoring the yard to a safe, functional condition.
