The Door To Nowhere
This property came with a partial remodel and an unexpected design choice: a second-story balcony door that opened straight into the first story foyer. While custom windows were being ordered, the investor needed a safe solution that still allowed light into the space. We built a custom frame to secure the opening, reduce liability, and keep the balcony visible—proof that safety and good design can coexist.

Stairway to Lonestar Heaven
With a slope that tested even the most confident footing, these stairs needed attention before anyone could safely work inside. During the initial walkthrough, one of the owners found themselves navigating the stairs on hands and knees—a clear sign that improvements were needed. We installed secure handrails to reduce risk, improve accessibility, and make the space safe for crews to work—one less obstacle standing in the way of progress.

Just in Time for Wintergeddon
With severe winter weather approaching (and we all know we do everything bigger in Texas!), this roof required immediate attention to prevent further damage but there was no time to replace it before the storm. Before Wintergeddon 2026 arrived, our team installed a secure tarp to protect the structure from snow, ice, and moisture while permanent repairs were pending. Acting quickly helped minimize additional damage and ensured the property stayed protected through the storm.
